I would give this experience a 10star rating if possible. After an awful experience with Enterprise back in January, I had a lot of anxiety at the thought of renting a vehicle. After some friends recommended Turo to me, I thought I would give it a chance, and much to my relief, it was so easy! The car was clean, ready to go, drove so smoothly and Jay made the entire process a lot simpler with good communication and instructions. The cost was much more affordable than a typical rental place too. Should I need to rent another vehicle in proximity to Sandusky again, I will definitely be using Turo and Jay again.
