I rented a the Jeep to travel to the Prescott National Park. While on the trip it rained. I traveled on the Williamson Valley Road to Seligmon which is a gravel road.
Had I know Luis considered a gravel road off road I wouldn’t have rented an all wheel drive jeep. His listing says you don’t have to wash the jeep but keep it tidy. The tires had minimal tread and he is also claiming the tires were damaged.
I have rented a similar jeep in the passes to travel and explore a national park with no issues.

Everything was fantastic. This Jeep was perfect for what my family and I needed, pick up and return or smooth and easy and the host was quick responding to any questions we had. This was definitely worth it, we would definitely use this Jeep and host again!
