Pedro and Az Fleet were fantastic. He was very detailed as to where he left the car at the airport, which was helpful as it was my first time in Phoenix. The Jeep was great upon arrival. However, the low tire pressure light came on the next day. As I was filling the tire I noticed the tire was extremely worn down with some exposed wires. I still give my experience a 5 star rating because Pedro was very quick to respond and resolve the issue and provide alternative vehicles if I needed it while he took the Jeep to get fixed.
This was my first time using Turo and overall, it was a great experience.
