This host was very responsive and respectful. But Im sad to say renting this car was unsafe and uncomfortable. I wanted a nice luxury car for my 2 day trip and it was not that at all.
I arrived promptly at 9AM (scheduled time) to pick it up and the host hadn’t cleaned the inside or outside of the car. I said I would clean it and did just that, exterior only, the inside was much dirtier than I expected. I rented this car for a quick work trip to Sacramento and as soon as I got on the freeway I felt the suspension was off. The entire drive was extremely unsafe and uncomfortable, even with a seatbelt it felt like being on a rollercoaster, for me and my passengers.
There was some damage to the interior of that car so it just seems this car doesn’t get serviced or maintained and I’m shocked it continues to get rented without it being serviced.

The Car Was Dirty inside & Outside upon picking up. I booked in advance to take my God daughter to prom in something luxury. I had to rush to at least get the outside washed and had some help to get the inside cleaned fast. For the car to be priced how it was it should have at least been up to part and ready especially being aware of the condition of how it was. I had to message host informing I had to get the car washed it was super dirty and dusty like someone just went through a bunch of gravel and dust went all over the car. It was glitter all in the car. I wasn’t informed where to leave the key upon return so I left it where I retrieved it from. the Key Was Left unprofessionally where anyone could have grabbed it. Which was a liability. I waited an extra 30 minutes to see if maybe the host would go grab it, no one came. Messaged and called the host no response until I actually left. I received an invoice for 30 which is fine but in reality should be waived due to the car wash I had to get for it upon pick up. Lesson learned ask next time the condition of vehicle.
