The team and hostess with this provider was amazing. The SUV was clean, wheels were shining, and the inside smelled great with dressed up red floor mats that matched the stitching on the seats. Vehicle was provided on time with no delays, and the communication between us was flawless. They are very professional and I would certainly use them again as I fly to California a couple times a year, and do recommend them as a trusted rental provider for others to use.

The A/C was not adequately cooling during our rental, and the host’s handling of the complaint made the situation worse. They implied my concern was questionable because I had not complained sooner, then said they needed a professional inspection before considering it.
They never followed up with the inspection results until I asked about a week later. At that point, they confirmed the vehicle had clogged filters, replaced them, and serviced the A/C.
Despite that, they refused to acknowledge that any discount or refund was justified and repeatedly pushed the decision to Turo. The entire process felt evasive and designed to avoid taking responsibility to limit their financial impact due to a justifiable discount.
I would not rent from this host again.

He knew I wasn’t going to make it for the trip and still billed out the entire time.
Then to add insult to injury charged my $8.63 for toll fees which I never incurred. When I called him he told me he’s too busy and hung up.

The vehicle was cleaned, inspected, and fully prepared for the reservation, with documentation available. After more than 200 successful trips and numerous 5-star reviews, I remain committed to providing a professional experience for every guest.
