We had a great experience with the Escalade and gave it 5 stars. The vehicle was nice, clean, ran well, and everything worked as expected. I really appreciated having the extra space for my family and being able to sit up higher during our vacation.
There are a few minor, insignificant cosmetic nicks and scrapes here and there, but honestly, for a 2017 vehicle, I thought it was in great shape overall.
Pickup and return were easy, although this is not a contactless experience—you meet the owner in person to receive and return the keys.
The vehicle has decent overall space, but the third-row seating is better suited for smaller passengers, and there isn't a lot of trunk space when all the seats are in use. The good thing is that the back seats fold down, which gives you considerably more cargo room when needed.
Overall, we enjoyed the vehicle and it worked well for our family trip. I would definitely consider renting it again.
