Had such a wonderful experience! This was my first time renting through Turo and it was so seamless and easy. I opted for FSD which was well worth it, too! Owner was super responsive and communicative and made it so easy. The car is beautiful and clean- definitely going to try and rent with him again next time I’m in town and I’m in town a lot!

Aggressive Host - Threatened to cancel trip at handover
Host had a terrible attitude. Turo’s system kept an 'Early Bird' discount after a schedule change, and the host blamed me for it. He wamted to send an invoice and literally threatened to cancel my rental at the pickup location if I didn't pay. It is not the guest's fault how Turo calculates discounts. Very hostile and unprofessional behavior. Avoid if you want a reliable and friendly host.
Turo offers a 10% non-refundable discount for bookings made at least four days in advance. However, due to a system bug, if a booking is initially made in advance and then modified to the same day, the discount is still applied. The renter appears to be aware of this loophole and seems to have taken advantage of it intentionally, which I find very dishonest.

Best rental ever, the host is very kind and easy to reach out, I own the same year and model but this is the smoothest ride I’ve ever had in a rental, host is really a nice guy. Recommended!
