Car was great. Owner parked in international parking (domestic flight- strange airport and app wasn’t updated with parking location) and it was confusing and challenging to meet owner at departure gate(their request) Recommend using the recommended parking.

As you new to Turo and 1st time pick up at SFO (Turo’s recommended parking are Int’ parking garage A & G) since I known you’ll be landing at Terminal 1 closest to Int’ parking garage A which I chose it to park the car so you’ll have less walking time. Returning, I asked guest pls give me 1 hr advance since I live 45 minutes away, guest gave the time 3-3:30pm (30 min is a lot to stand by the curb). Deliveries would have been smoothly if communication was clearer.
