Good trip the vehicle was cool. Definitely would rent again. My only thing is I wish the host would honor his promise on the discount code for return users. Never responded to me when I asked but I’ll still give a 5star because I like the guy. He’s cool

Car functioned fine except for CarPlay okay going in and out. However car was dropped off in a tow away zone so had to rush out to move it before a security guard towed it and delivered on not full tank and then when I returned the car with also not full tank was charged $40 to fill it up. I’m aware this is a common rental trick but disappointing especially since I photographed at start and end.
If you don’t want to play games with gas just deliver it on a full tank. Then it’s easy for everyone…
I guess just be ready to deal with stuff like that.

Hi Alec, we’re sorry the pickup location and intermittent CarPlay caused frustration. To clarify, the vehicle did not need to be returned full—only at the same fuel level documented at the start of the trip. The return photos showed a lower level, so the charge covered the missing fuel and was supported by the trip documentation. It was not an attempt to overcharge you. We appreciate the feedback and will work to make future pickups clearer and smoother.
Car was clean and in a good spot for pick up. Pick up was easy and fast. Host was quick to answer all the questions when I had them. This was my first Touro experience and the cost was very good compared to other rental car companies.
