Amit communicated great. Although we had to switch cars out at the last minute
. It was literally the same car. Would definitely rent again got me to where I was going safely with no issues.

The inside of the vehicle was dirty upon pick up. When I first booked the vehicle, I was supposed to pick it up in Pleasant Hill, but the day of pick up I was informed hours before that the vehicle was actually located in Fremont. This became such an inconvenience, especially finding out last minute.
I was able to get a ride to Fremont only to find out, after driving back and forth looking for the vehicle on the street I was told it was located on, that there was confusion and the car was not there or available. Afterwards, the host told me he had another vehicle about 2 miles away from where I was supposed to pick up the first one.
Overall, this trip was a terrible experience. Definitely wouldn’t book another trip with this host and wish those who do have a much better experience.
