I really wanted to give Maria five stars because she was very professional and accommodating. But I just can’t because the condition of the car was not up to par. Maria even brought the car to us an hour earlier than expected even without asking (you do pay $4 per 30 mins of parking). At first sight the car was clearly not properly washed from the outside and had a pretty big gash on the left front fender (not disclosed). The interior was also dirty and had sand and some mud all over the floor, as if it had been off roading. The rear cup holders had something in it too. My daughter would not use it. I brought this to Maria’s attention and she offered us to take it to the place she washed it (exterior only)But that is such a hassle, as we rented this to go to a wedding that day and you expect a clean car. We also rented it for the electric feature and that also did not work. We kept getting the message that the battery was too low to use it. So we spent a lot more on gas than we wanted to. The Apple car play kept getting stuck and had to be constantly unplugged too! In addition the jeep made a weird noise at times and needs to be serviced. I saw many great reviews of the car and was excited to rent it, but unfortunately it did not go as planned.
