Terrible host, nightmare service, broken vehicle do not rent from them their vehicles are full of body and interior damage, high miles and various mechanical issues that they try to blame on you!!!
It’s a FALSE review. Guest was enjoying our car for a WEEK, but then ran out of money & wanted “a discount” — even asked us to rent it out to him outside of Turo (which is a HUGE violation of Turo policy), and to which we obviously refused. He left us a completely empty gas tank and also stole our charging cables & charger. We take pride in what we do, and our 5-star reviews prove it. This Jeep is in perfect condition, same as all our other cars. Guests like this shouldn’t be a part of Turo.

This is my third time renting from the same company this year, and I’ve had nothing but an amazing experience. They’re very communicative, and keep their cars clean and well maintained. This particular car had an odor of cigarette smoke during pick up but easily went away. Again, such an amazing experience. Wishing this company a continued successful business.
