Host did not notify me there was an awful smoke smell in the car or disclose damages to the car prior to booking. I would not have booked had I know the car would smell horrible the entire time.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Prior to the trip, our team inspected and cleaned the vehicle, and no noticeable smoke odor was detected. Had we been aware of an odor, we would have addressed it before the vehicle was provided. Regarding the existing cosmetic damage, it was documented in the pre-trip photos. We appreciate your feedback and will take additional steps to ensure the vehicle is thoroughly inspected for odors before future trips.

Beautiful car and overall a great experience. However, the vehicle could use some windshield washer fluid, and the tires need attention. They may need to be replaced sooner rather than later for safety and peace of mind.
