The car was cool. It served it's purpose. The 3 stars are for the host. I had a last minute schedule change happen at work, so I needed to extend my rental. I checked and it's availability was open so I requested to extend the trip for an additional day. I was surprised when the host declined the extension. They immediately messaged me to let me know they would only approve the extension if I agreed to keep it for an entire week beyond that day. Mind you this was a contactless rental, car came with a lock box for the key. They said they wouldn't have been able to "check the car back in, in person" until a week later. Yet the car was available to rent again just for a day as soon as I checked out. I've been using turo for a minute, and out of almost 60 rentals now NEVER have I EVER had any host try and pull som'm funny like that. Like I get it, it's ultimately up to the host to approve or deny, it's THEIR vehicle, but don't try n swindle me like that so that you can get another $440 out of me. I can't recommend doing business with ppl who try to take advantage like that.

Car needs some work. Vibrates really badly at idle, shifting hard, driver's seat is worn out and uncomfortable.
No smoking allowed
