Smooth process, great communication

Amit was nice and responsive but upon arrival of picking up the vehicle I noticed the license was expired. I was really disappointed because it was for my husband’s birthday trip and we were suppose or to be driving about two hours away. I just didn’t feel comfortable driving that far without updated tags and risk being pulled over.
Thank you for your feedback, Jaime. I promised proof of payment of registration within 1 hour but you returned the car before this time. Apologies for this inconvenience. The tags are valid till August 2027. Please feel free to book on Turo again anytime.
