The vehicle showed significant signs of existing damage, and because pickup was at night in very poor lighting, I had to take an excessive number of photos to properly document its condition and protect myself from being held responsible for pre-existing damage.
After securing the vehicle, I discovered the fuel tank was not full, although I returned the vehicle with a full tank. I also incurred a parking fee above the maximum expected charge when leaving the pickup location.
More concerning was the condition of the tires. The TPMS warning light was on when I received the vehicle. I stopped at a gas station and found both rear tires were below the manufacturer's recommended pressure. Both rear tires also appeared to have tread worn below what I would consider safe for normal road use. After inflating them to the proper PSI, the TPMS warning light still would not turn off.
Because of the condition of the tires, I spent the entire week regularly checking the rear tire pressures for possible air loss. This created an unnecessary safety concern throughout the rental.
I would not recommend this vehicle to another renter until the tire/TPMS issues are repaired and the overall condition of the vehicle is properly addressed.

The car was did its job getting us from point a to point b. The ride was fairly smooth but the breaks seem alittle worn due to hearing it on every break. It wasn't the best looking car with it already having some damage throughout the vehicle. On pickup the gas was full, but it appeared pretty dirty. The only thing I had to complain about is the aftermarket screen and the car parking sensor. The screen caused the parking sensor to show everything on the opposite side which made parking annoying the first few times.
