Sadly, I only discovered there was a bulb out both in the passenger side headlight and the back light. I didn't think to check it before I left. Then I noticed the registration tags were expired by two months. I requested proof of payment in case I got pulled over but the owner said the sticker was in the mail and wasn't able to show proof of payment. The tire pressure alert came on and so on the owners suggestion I checked the tire pressure twice ( the alert light went out eventually ) and the "Maintenance needed soon" alert came on.
The car ran smoothly apart from that. Pick up was fine.

Hi Josephine, thank you for the honest feedback. You're right, the headlight and rear bulbs should have been caught before your trip, and I apologize. Both are being replaced, and we've added a lighting check to our pre-trip inspection. The registration renewal was paid and the sticker was in the mail, but going forward tags will be current before every trip. The maintenance light is a routine service reminder.
