I rated Orion as 5 stars because he was very reasonable and responded quickly. And the circumstances involving my experience/situation- I don't think he deserves to lose any stars.
The car quality itself was not the best. Interior and exterior were not clean. However, in his defense I think he only had about 10 hours to prepare as I had chose to rent it the night before.
What I've found out with FSD in older Teslas- it's not the best or reliable. Also not his fault but I think worth mentioning.

Car was good - there are some smaller issues with the vehicle, mostly with latches (driver door takes a few tries to open, glove box compartments won’t close once opened, trunk had to be manually closed a few times) but overall it ran smoothly and we were grateful to have it in some heavy rain. Orion was responsive and helpful as needed. Felt a little pricey for 4 days but it was over holidays. Would recommend.
