Car had an issue unlocking, panic button started going off

The car was not particularly clean on pick up, and the photos did not match the current condition of the car which had peeling paint across the back, top, front, and handles of the car. We also had an issue where the front cover above the bumper was not well secured, which caused it to snap on the freeway and required us to tape it down to prevent further damage. Communication with Elbert was excellent and prompt, which lessened these issues substantially.
