Quite literally the worst pickup experience I’ve ever had in my Turo life – had to wait over an hour for him to finally answer the multitude of texts and calls and apt rings. Dude also is using AI bot to handle business and has a million instructions to be able to pickup inside his garage. Also was unprofessional in his apologies providing way too much info about his personal life. The one redeeming thing was he provided a “at the very least you could do” discount. Would NOT recommend whatsoever.
