I’m not one to leave a bad review as I know things happen. But this experience was subpar. The vehicle was dirty with large smudges on the insides of the windows. There is a clicking/knocking noise from the front. The rechargeable flashlight is missing from the door. The add-ons we purchased were not in the vehicle upon pick up. The cooler was dirty and smelled like fish. Only the key card was provided, no remote. To top it off, the host tried to charge us for the after trip parking which is against Turo’s Policies. I would not suggest renting this Rivian.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the experience did not meet expectations. We’d like to clarify that the extras were delivered just 15 minutes after pickup. The vehicle was also returned more than 30 minutes past the agreed checkout time. Under Turo’s rules, this could result in a half-day charge and parking fees. However, we chose not to report or charge anything, including parking, to make up for the delay with the extras.
Car exactly as described - low mileage, perfect. Easy to work with and great communication. Recommend.

Hoa delivered the Rivian right on time and perfectly clean. The car itself performed flawlessly and carried myself and my family on a wonderful road trip. It had plenty of room and charging was fast and easy. I would rent from Hoa again!
