Great communication and flexible when our flight changed and we had to leave earlier than expected. Rent with confidence - 10/10

I had rented this car for Father’s Day and the car cleanliness was simply not ok. The backseat had a lot of stains, old food crumbs and spills 🤮 Given how expensive the rental was, I expected a reasonably clean car but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Outside of the car cleanliness, the experience met expectations and it was a convenient pick up and drop off.
Asking us to cover the additional miles in the amount of $86.00 for missing such a small area of cleaning in the foldable cupholder area just seems unreasonable, even if you indicated it was going to result in a “good rating”. We were happy to have you as a guest even though you penalized us with three stars.
