Really comfortable car, excellent condition, really big inside and great economy

The pick up was easy, but as soon as we got out of the airport parking lot, we noticed the car had no suspension or shocks. The car was constantly bumpy because of this. My friend and I in the backseat have a sore back and hit our head a few times because of how bumpy the ride was. The front dash had a malfunction notice on it as well. We were in a new city, downtown and it was late in the evening. Getting a new car would have been too risky if we couldn’t find another. We decided to rent an uber for our drives instead. Costing us double what we expected this trip to cost. When I let the host know about the issues, they left me on read. First time using turo and it has been a headache! If I could give negative stars, I would! This car is dangerous to drive and ride in, and should not be rented out to drive. I hope this warning helps others renting from this man. A rental company would have been a better option. Lesson learned. I’m hoping he can be honest and issue us a refund.
