Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t what we expected. The vehicle developed a mechanical issue during our trip that left us stranded and unable to drive it safely. While I understand that unexpected problems can happen with any vehicle, I was disappointed by the lack of support from the hosts throughout the situation. Communication wasn’t great, and they weren’t proactive in helping us resolve the issue or minimize the disruption to our trip. I hope they address both the vehicle’s maintenance and their customer service so future guests have a better experience.

Regarding the malfunction information you encountered while using this car during your trip, we have taken it to the repair shop for a comprehensive inspection, and everything is fine.
