The vehicle was absolutely spotless, and Katya was an amazing host. I had an issue when I booked that generated a random pickup location, but Katya was very understanding and drove the vehicle over 30 minutes to the airport for me late at night. I haven’t used Turo in years, and it has changed a lot, so I highly recommend booking with her if you’re new to Turo.
