Had a great experience overall! The car was clean, comfortable, and drove well throughout the trip. The check engine light did come on, but it didn’t affect the drive.. The host was also very communicative and responsive throughout the rental. Overall, a smooth and positive experience!

Overall, the car was as expected. However, the pickup process could have been smoother. I wasn’t given instructions in advance on where the key would be located, and since the only door that was open was the trunk, I had to climb through the trunk to find it in the console. I also wasn’t told the car’s exact location beforehand, so I was walking around trying to locate it once I arrived to the home address. The host did respond relatively quickly with the exact address of the car when I reached out, but clearer instructions ahead of time would have made the pickup much easier and less confusing overall.

Car is fine but needs basic preventative maintainance. Wipers don’t function well, the steering wheel is quite tight and the car was delivered dirty with paw prints, and clearly unvaccumed.
