Overall, a good rental experience. The car was clean, though there were a few leftovers in the third-row seats, and I noticed some vibration when braking at freeway speeds, which may be worth checking. Other than that, everything went smoothly and the host was great.

Very disappointing experience. The car was given to me in a dirty condition, and I personally cleaned it at my own expense before returning it. Despite that, the host kept calling and questioning me about where I was going, asking for FaceTime proof, and even accusing me of using the car for rideshare, which is completely untrue. This felt invasive and unprofessional. I rented the car for personal use with my family, and my plans are my business. I returned the car in better condition than I received it. I would not rent from this host again.
Khalid rented my car at 8am for the same day pick up at 3pm. Then requested to pick up earlier at 1pm for family a trip to Sacramento for Ramadan. I told him that the car came back at 10am, therefore did not have time or plan to clean it. He agreed for the car condition, as he booked last hour. Then when I checked my GPS tracker (Turo allows GPS trackers), I saw him driving in the city 12 hours, from 1pm to 1 am, 12 hours. Then again the morning. I had to contact him to warn about Turo rules.

One of our best experiences with Turo so far. Timur was a very flexible and gracious host. He took time to show me details about the car and had everything in order when we showed up. He even provided some tips about hiking at the National Parks. The car was in great shape. Perfect drive for our trip. Definitely recommend using Timur for your next trip to the Bay Area!
