The only thing I didn’t like, one of the speakers in the car wasn’t working and the drivers interior door is wobbly but other than that I love it .

Terrible!!! Engine light was on and car wouldn’t start terrible communication and solution to being stranded in a trip w my family. Jason canceled our tow!

Truth: Guest made fraudulent claims about the working condition of the Jeep at the end of their trip in order to scam Turo and myself out of their non refundable trip revenue. Guest called for a tow while at a location about 5 miles away and then proceeded to drive the car to their “stranded” location that they were staying. Turo confirmed the truth about my car being fully operational and that there was no check engine light on (the car was not even on, but in the auxiliary position).
host was very responsive. location was a little out of the way of the downtown area of the city but easy to get to. car was great and easy to drive and figure out. would highly recommend.

The car broke down after 3 days of using it on a 2 week reservation. Once it did break down Jason was attentive but the car had to get towed… Jason still tried to charge me with refueling the car… even though the engine was not even working. Unfortunate, but it took very long to find a solution.

Summary: 1) Car functioned fine (guest had Jeep in auxiliary power position/ Jeep wasn’t on) 2) $350 Turo tow charge reversed 3) Unused portion of non refundable trip ($400+) clawed back by Turo returned 4) Gas used by guest credited by Turo
Conclusion: The Jeep functions/ed as intended, guest when provided with alternative vehicles to continue their booking by Turo declined.
