Great Turo experience! The car was easy to find and pick up, and I really liked the remote key access — very convenient not having to depend on someone remotely unlocking the car for you. The car worked perfectly, was easy to drive, spacious, and very clean. Would definitely rent again!

The hostel never responded to a crucial issue with the car. The cap to the gas tank was on so tight it couldn't be removed by hand.

Yeah there is a huge fuel button in the cabin to open the tank but thank you for the 1-star review. I should have just called in a Guest No-Show on you given the fact that you were five hours late to pickup the car with not a single response to any of my messages letting me know what the pickup situation was. I would have been entitled to payment without allowing you to use my car. But you are welcome.
