Communications were t accurate and timely, and it was very easy to find the car, and, surprisingly, to park it back very close to the owner's house. The owner asks you to come to their place to pick up the keys from a lockbox, which is a little bit cumbersome and complicated, but it works.
The car is amazing, I loved driving it! Super smooth and very peppy in city driving because of the hybrid engine, but also more than adequate for swift highway driving. We went up and down the hills of Sonoma from SF, and it did 35mpg! The only downside is the audio system is not that great. However, carplay worked great, and you can wirelessly connect and charge your phone at the same time.
