Solid vehicle for a great price. We're a family of 5 and had a lot of luggage. This Escalade fit the bill. Definitely recommend.

Amazing host! The car was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and a pleasure to drive. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the pickup and drop-off process was smooth and hassle-free. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience easy. Car was well cleaned and even provided bottle water. Smooth driving car and very comfortable, lots of room for 5 passengers and luggage. Absolute pleasure working with the owner. Communicated well and would highly recommend

Car had visible damage on the exterior. Battery went flat one day and needed to be replaced. We had thought it could be the battery in the key fob, so I purchased new battery but this didn’t do it. AAA attended the car and confirmed the battery was dead. Engine leaked coolant and overheated. Needed to be taken to an Auto Zone who advised there was a leak in the coolant (which was empty) and the oil was dirty (had not been serviced). Engine was making a knocking noise also. Advised not to drive any further so the vehicle had to parked and left for the owner to pick up so we had to cut short our rental by 16 days!! We had to then find a new rental car at significant additional expense. Wasted 2 clear days due to mechanical faults of the car and had to return early plus incurred extra cost. Now trying to recover money for unused time plus the extra costs incurred.
