Car was great! First time using Turo. Would definitely use again. All the instructions were clearly emailed (apologies for not reading them). Very convenient and saved a lot by not getting a rental from a company.

The car was clean and reliable. The check-in/out process was relatively smooth

Pickup and drop off were easy enough. Car drove well and the exterior was pretty much spotless except for some scratched, but the interior was not thoroughly cleaned when I picked it up. The floor mats were quite dirty and so was the trunk. Also the CarPlay/bluetooth didn’t have a working microphone at the time so taking calls or talking to Siri wasn’t the easiest.

The center console didn’t work for half the trip but the host was responsive. Eventually it worked on my return though.
