The car itself was great, and pickup and drop-off were both seamless. Unfortunately, the interior had a lingering cigarette smell, as though it had been deep cleaned but the odor never fully went away. Additionally, the host was unresponsive to questions during the rental, which was disappointing. Overall, a good vehicle and convenient experience, but the smell and lack of communication were drawbacks.
