Fernando is awesome. He let me extend time and time again. Very patient and understanding. Car was great perfect for running around town and the odd highway trip. Highly recommend

Car quality was mediocre at best. When you turned on the car, it sounded like it had an engine problem. Although the car was titty and clean, I did notice it was a very old car.
In addition, the host was not flexible with my recent change of plans with my reservation. Before my reservation started, I suffered a hand injury and therefore could not drive. I added my wife as an additional driver, and she was the one who drove the car. However, when I communicated my hand injury with the host, he was not flexible to change the reservation and or the days of rental.

Regarding your reservation, you selected a non-refundable booking to receive a discounted rate, which limits flexibility for changes—this is clearly outlined at booking. While I understand unforeseen situations can happen, policies must be followed consistently. For future trips, I recommend selecting a newer vehicle if that better fits your expectations.”
