Host was lovely, very quick with communication and was extremely helpful. The only struggle I had was with the CarPlay/charging my phone while trying to get navigations to work was a bit challenging. Other than that it was a great experience!

Pick up was easy, the rideshare was more than anticipated so factor in up to $40 round trip in addition to the rental.
The car worked great and the host was responsive! The previous renters left some Candy/trash in the car but the host promptly responded with an apology and refunded a day rental fee. Would rent again for sure!! Super grateful for the customer service.

This was by far my worst rental and longest review.
To start, the car was not located at the address listed in the booking. Instead, it was parked around the corner near a park. After traveling, the last thing anyone wants to do is search for the car.
Once I finally accessed the vehicle, it was extremely dirty both inside and out. The host mentioned the car wash was broken, but it was clear the car hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. The interior looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned or sanitized in months.
The driver’s side window tint was bubbled and made visibility very poor. It was so blurry it felt like driving with dilated eyes, forcing me to keep the window down just to see clearly. On top of that, the car shook noticeably when braking to a complete stop, which was concerning.
I only had the car for less than 48 hours, otherwise I would have requested a replacement. The host also sent excessive messages—seven throughout my short rental, and then stated it was mandatory for me to wash the car, which is not part of Turo’s terms.
I strongly recommend improvements in cleanliness, communication, and adherence to platform policies.
