Hello Imani, we understand incidents happens during your trip. Keep in mind that we have no control over road hazards during your trip and that falls into guest responsibility. As a reminder to all that insurance and protection plans is the best policy against these unexpected hazards and it is recommended to have it because it can become very costly. Pick up drop off location very far from hotel and very expensive to extend trip, 78 dollars to extend a couple hours

Hello Matthew, we are sorry to hear that a walk across the street is considered far from the Sheraton hotel. Many hotel workers frequently park in the same lot. Unfortunately extending 2 hours or 24 hours is the same charge, which is a day of usage as with most car rentals. Our prices are dynamically set by Turo and it goes off the market accordingly. Your account was restricted and you improperly dropped off the vehicle. Next time please be respectful and follow instructions.
