Car quality was nice and the pick up/ drop off was easy. Appreciated the chargers in the car for both iPhone types, very convenient.

Bass was an amazing host and the entire experience was smooth from beginning to end. The RAV4 was great, very clean, and exactly what we needed for our trip. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process, and both pickup and drop-off were easy and convenient.
We also really appreciated that he provided the car seat we requested, which made traveling with our family much easier. Everything was well organized and stress-free. We truly appreciate the experience and hope we'll be able to rent from Bass again in the future. Highly recommend!
