The car was very clean and reliable. Communication was good, the only thing that confused me was messaging back and forth with different people until I realized they were all part of a team.
The main issue we had was having to pick up and drop off the car at a transit center. Taking the shuttle was no issue for us but the area was dangerous to navigate with a child. Also, upon returning the car we could not find a parking place (even after circling for close to twenty minutes) and we missed the shuttle we intended to take. There was still no parking and ultimately the co-host asked us to leave the car in a loading zone which we weren’t comfortable doing. At that point, we were worried about catching our flight and though the parking troubles were not intentional on the part of the host, they were an inconvenience.
Overall, happy with the car and the price. Just wish pickup and dropoff was more seamless.
