Pick up spot was not as advertised. Actually 30 minutes in the opposite direction. Also, the trunk didn’t fully open so it’s difficult to get luggage in and out.
I was surprised by the 2-star rating, as I rated you 5 stars and aimed to provide a smooth experience. We mutually agreed on the pickup location after I offered delivery. The trunk has never caused issues before, so the maintenance report was unexpected. The car was also returned with less fuel than provided. I value your feedback and kindly ask you to reconsider your rating.
