Francis was great at communicating and worked with me to get the Highlander after my flight was delayed. I would recommend him and his vehicle to everyone! Only thing to keep in mind is the window on the trunk can give an alert of being open (this is a common issue we found on Reddit!) so just gently open and close it to stop the alert!
