The car had low charge (18%) when I picked it up. It was a stressful experience to have to go charge it since I was in a rush and had never charged a Tesla before.
The car did not have FSD activated even though I had requested it.
The car did not have Premium Connectivity activated either, which is silly since the upcharge for it is $10 and without it you can’t connect to Spotify and other apps.
Both the FSD and PC were eventually activated, but after back and forth with the host.

On all reservations we do our best to accomodate last minute bookings with additional last minute services. We understand services requested were not immediate but we did get the job done!

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
