Pick up was very confusing and unclear. Host repeatedly ignored phone calls and was not helpful through texting causing pick up to take longer and be much more complex than necessary. Car was also not charged full at pick up. The car is advertised for long distance and that’s completely inaccurate. The car is unable to travel 120mi without needing to be charged. The charge represented on the dash is also completely inaccurate. The battery appears to be faulty/ damaged. Due to terrible charge travel time was doubled. Host was not accommodating to any issues with the car nor were they really acknowledged. I was required to pay to extend the trip even after communicating the delay was caused by battery issues. Drop off was also unnecessarily complicated similar to pick up. I spent more on charging than I would have on gas in a typical car and it doubled the travel time of my trip. The car may be cool for local use but it is not fit for long distance travel as advertised.

Thank you for the feedback. I apologize for the delay at pickup due to poor cell reception while traveling. The 2024 Model Y’s battery is 100% healthy; your trip completed a 1,500+ mile trip across CA, NV, UT, and AZ in just 3 days. High highway speeds, desert heat, and steep mountain climbs significantly increase EV energy consumption. Trip extensions for late returns are required by Turo for insurance coverage. Clear & detailed self-check-in steps are automatically messaged directly in the app
Pickup and drop off was made very easy. Host was very helpful with any questions had !
