Alma is so responsive and friendly! She made the experience so smooth for us, and always our questions when they came up. We requested to pay the extra for FSD to try that out, and it was an incredible experience. I highly recommend. Overall, five stars. Car was in excellent shape, clean and ran beautifully. I had a great experience renting this Tesla Model Y. The host was friendly, responsive, and took the time to answer all of my questions before and during the trip, which made everything really easy. The car was spotless, well maintained, and exactly as described.
The Full Self-Driving feature was a huge plus while driving around San Diego. It made navigating unfamiliar roads much less stressful and added to the overall experience. I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, hassle-free Tesla rental.
