Now Christine, because you wanted a partial refund which I can’t give u because that’s a Turo issue not a host issue and me telling tht to you several times in several ways for 2 whole days AFTER you returned the car a day early is NOT lack of communication. As an older adult you should know by now that lying isn’t a good thing, especially one to defame someone’s bizniz, tsk tsk! this lie get you no closer to a partial refund smh 🤦🏽♂️ I’ve told u before….CALL TURO CUSTOMER SUPPORT 4 a refund.
Car was just very dirty inside but everything worked out.

Car was as you see in the photos. Easy pickup. Great on gas which I loved! The only thing was when dropping off I guess I parked the car wrong and the host came and startled me and I fell a bit nervous how he approached me but other then that I enjoyed the he car but the best part was the gas
