The car was a little used. I’m a little so dirty not really. It was a little hard to put the gas back where it was, but it was very accommodating. The coast were extremely nice. Very nice people good people and they helped me out anytime we needed it would rent again.

I paid over 1300 to have the car for less than 2 weeks and they tried scamming me for gas money. Ridiculous company. They kept putting in new invoices to try and charge us and turo had to manually stop their attempts after their multiple times resubmitting the false claim. They essentially gave me the car with less than a full tank and then filled it up when they got it back and tried to charge me to top it off. The numbers didn't add up at all. For the sake of brevity ill move on but pick up and drop off was an absolute nightmare. Its in a super isolated parking lit in a series of parking lots with no one present to help or no building to take shelter in. I ended up waiting a while in the sun until I was having a heat stroke completely soaked in sweat because the host wouldnt respond to me begging for the lock box code he was supposed to send like an hour prior. So sloppy i went from a nice comfortable lift ride to literally a life and death situation in like 20-30 minutes. So dramatic with these people. They also seemed to jack the price up knowing i was in a tough situation as i kept paying a day or two at a time waiting for my car to come out of the mechanic. The rate went from fair to pretty bad like 100 a day usually by the end. Definitely wouldnt recommend them. They have enough positive reviews to not care about this negative one and its shows. They are quite aware and give little to no customer service. There were some positives but overall i would absolutely not recommend them to anyone

This review omits key facts. The guest arrived without completing Turo’s required license verification. His first two attempts were unsuccessful, and we could not legally or safely release the vehicle until he completed it correctly on the third attempt. The delay was caused by incomplete verification, not a lack of service. All extensions, pricing, and fuel requests were processed through Turo with documentation, and Turo made the final decisions.
Pickup location instructions were clear. The car was clean and veryyy good on gas! Loved the ride during my visit to San Diego.

This was a good value offer from Turo. The car is dated. Mentioned to the owner that the brakes squeaks a bit. He will address. The car was washed on the outside when received but had a good amount of pet hair in the back and trunk. The host was only responsive when he needed to be. Otherwise he was MIA. This was an ok or good experience overall.
