The car was very clean. The host was responsive whenever contacted. The only issue I had was that it only had a USB connection. I didn’t think to ask about that since most newer cars will have USB-C connector. Not a big deal though.
First time user on Turo, and will use again. Nice being able to select the car, not just a category of car.

I would’ve simply replied back to you and say that the car does not have a C connector.
That doesn’t mean you give us 4 stars for something that you didn’t ask.

The car was as described and was great for what we needed. The off airport pickup location was about a 30 minute walk which was not ideal, but I knew that going in. The biggest issue was either the return. I ended up needing to return the car a day early which required host approval which he denied. He told me I could just drop it off and add more pictures, but that zi would not get any refund or be able to complete the return in the app until the next day. I was not comfortable having the trip still open after returning that car, so I contacted customer support and they were able to get it closed out for me
As far as airport delivery, that’s the closest we can get to the airport due to the rules and regulation. You ask me if you can return the vehicle a day early and I told you yes you could, but I cannot refund you any money because our minimum reservation is three days and more. However, you contacted Turo, and they accepted your request by mistake.
When I contact the support, they told me they accepted by mistake as I sent you the proof. I don’t have 2 days reservation buddy.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
