This was my very first rental through Turo and it was rather last minute.
The car was clean, well-taken care of, and felt luxurious to drive. The host accommodated me and I appreciated her flexibility with timing and changes.
I needed a booster seat and she made sure to send me a picture. She also could lock/unlock the car remotely.
This was so convenient! She also responded in a professional and timely manner. She is the reason I could consider using Turo next time!
