Great experience overall. The car was clean, fueled up, and ready on time. Pickup and drop-off instructions were clear, and communication was smooth throughout the trip. The Mercedes drove great and was comfortable for the whole ride. I’d definitely rent from Christopher / Sunny SD Rentals again.

My experience with this rental was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. First, the pickup time for the vehicle return was changed, which created unnecessary confusion and caused the return process to feel rushed.
During the exchange of the keys, I accidentally left my work phone either inside the vehicle or on top of the roof while trying to complete the return. As soon as I realized what happened, I immediately contacted the driver using another phone. We remained on the phone for approximately 5–7 minutes while he was driving away, which indicated that my phone was still powered on and in range. I repeatedly asked if he could safely pull over to check for the phone, and I was told he would exit the expressway and pull over.
However, the call suddenly disconnected, and immediately afterward, my phone began going straight to voicemail and could no longer be located. After contacting Turo, I was informed that the phone was no longer on the vehicle. Unfortunately, no one has followed up with me regarding the missing phone, and I have now had to pay out of pocket to replace a device that I use for work.
Additionally, the vehicle itself did not provide the experience that was advertised or expected. The SOS/emergency feature in the vehicle was not operational, and the overall condition of the car did not reflect a luxury rental experience. This was disappointing, especially considering the expectations associated with this type of vehicle.
I understand that accidents and unforeseen situations can happen. However, what was most frustrating was the lack of urgency, communication, and customer service after the issue was reported. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this rental experience.

Thanks for your feedback, Alexandre! Just to clarify for future guests, this vehicle is not listed with built-in navigation, but Bluetooth connectivity is fully functional for phone pairing it is a bit tricky to operate. Glad you enjoyed the drive!
