I actually really liked this company. They were very kind to me during a very difficult time in my life and I appreciated them. Immensely the car was great. It had great gas mileage clean they were just really appreciated. The woman that I dealt with. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name. I wish I could give her kudos or props, but she was really sweet to me and I really can’t tell you how much it means to me to have good customer service these days. I will absolutely rent from them is every time I have a chance to when I need a car because I know I’ll be taken care of

The Mercedes was nice and cleaned! Communication with the host was good. The only issue I noticed is that car did had the maintenance light on and car shakes when coming on a stop.
