Horrible the Gwagon has several dents needed a oil change they glued the front just not up to my standards

The car was below minimum expectations for an exotic car rental. The vehicle was NOT CLEANED prior to my receiving it. The wheels all had thick brake dust on them, the front bumper/hood had bugs on it, the windshield was filthy on the inside so bad it was difficult to see out of. As for the vehicle general condition, it had tires that were below legal tread limit, cracked front fender/blinker that was crudely siliconed as a repair, and rear tire cover dented. The display had error message of oil overfill the entire trip and gave a suspension error code while driving. I explained dirty condition to the rental company and error message, but only response was 'its a bad sensor, ignore it' with no apology or offer of washing the vehicle during my short rental. Even after discussing with them after the return they denied it being dirty and said that its 'normal' for brake dust to accumulate! Really? Even when sitting waiting to be picked up? No, it wasn't washed beforehand. The car is a fun car, and great that you can rent it from someone, but for the high rental price I would want a vehicle that isn't embarrassing to pull up to the valet in. I hope this makes them take their customer service more seriously and improve the rental experience for others.
